I’m currently running 4 times per week for a total of 30K and I split them as follows:
- 2 easy runs, where I focus on keeping my HR in zone 2
- 1 quality run, where I do some sort of intervals fluctuating my HR between zone 2, 3 and 4
- 1 long run, where I keep my HR in zone 2
